Once Monthly A&A will host a 3 & 7 day Detox or Fat Flush Challenge to encourage Weight Loss for you & your Friends, Co-Workers or Family members. You will send in pics of Scale Weight & Before & After pics of yourself. If you start on a 7 Day you will have to send in an additional weigh in Mid Week. You will be invited to a personal FB page for encouragement to get thru the challenge. Winner will receive a Body Contouring session that consist of Laser Lipo, Sauna Detox and Wood Therapy ($300 value)
